**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
Join our team as the new Faculty Events Coordinator at Te Kaupeka Pūhanga | Faculty of Engineering. Your mission is to plan, coordinate, and execute dynamic events to enhance student support and retention. Work alongside senior leaders within the faculty to organise engaging events, with additional opportunities to work in an engagement space. As a key player within the team, you'll work closely with our Marketing Business Partners to support recruitment needs within the faculty. - At least 3 years' experience in event planning and/or coordination
- Creativity and innovative problem-solving
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated customer-service focus
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Excellent time management skills with proven attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft Teams
- Proven ability to interact positively with a wide range of people and cultures

You will work closely with leaders within the faculty office, including the Faculty Manager and Associate Dean - Academic and faculty committees within Te Kaupeka Pūhanga | Faculty of Engineering.
