**Āu Mahi | What You Will Do**
We are seeking a creative and motivated Events Coordinator to join the UC Communications and Events team. You will be responsible for designing, planning and coordinating engagement activities and events, which focus on student recruitment and retention, and stakeholder engagement. You will manage the end-to-end facilitation of these events, and will liaise with internal stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure they are committed to the objectives, attendee experience and delivery of the events.

**Mōu | Who You Are**
- Experience in the management of medium to large scale events
- Demonstrated experience working within delegated budgets
- Excellent organisational skills, along with the ability to establish priorities and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- The ability to foster meaningful, positive working relationships, with experience in leading teams.
