**The Role**

Our exceptional people see everything as an opportunity and are always striving to make more from milk. We have an exciting opportunity for a Global Account Executive to join our busy team on a permanent basis.

You will manage the Synlait Digital Sales Platform including building the customer base and managing the sales activity end to end. You will support the management of selected customers and/or regions within the Ingredients business unit, NZ Domestic customers and specific international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Work closely with Ingredients team members as a key component of the overall sales delivery offering to customers
- Lead the customer build work for Synlait’s Digital Sales Platform
- Manage the sales offers end to end achieving KPI levels
- Execute sales to allocated customers, with guidance from Global Account Manager / Director of ingredients as required
- Coordinate within your team and wider Synlait to ensure monthly and annual Sales Policy volumes and premiums are attained, and delivery dates are being optimised to achieve your customer and wider portfolio needs

**Qualification**
- Tertiary qualification ideally in business or science

**Skills and Experience**
- Any relevant dairy industry experience would be advantageous
- Demonstrated customer-centric roles - 3 plus years of dealing with internal / external stakeholders
- Experience in dairy ingredient sales is desirable
