**The Role**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Shut Planner to join our team Monday to Friday on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Shut Planner is a key role to determine which maintenance jobs should be done and how they should be done.

The main responsibilities of this role include..
- You will set up a Shut timeline and scope of works for Dunsandel site, you will be the direct shut planner for Dunsandel and will also support Pokeno site across shut activities and Maintenance Turn around (MTA’s).
- You will prioritise which of the many jobs need be completed in the shuts, Coach and lead the processes and tools across the business and support Pokeno with this strategy.
- Use the planned shut windows and liaise with the relevant plant Process Systems Specialist, Dunsandel or Pokeno. Maintenance planners and process managers to plan for them to be done. The focus in on priority 2,3,4, MTA and winter shut work (MSHUT).
- Accountable for monitoring and measuring the shutdown maintenance job backlog effectively.
- Ensuring shut part availability, ensure long lead items are on track for shuts, provision of tools and information necessary for the efficient and effective execution of shut maintenance jobs.

Key to your success will be your prior experience in industrial maintenance.

**Skills and Experience**

To be considered for this role will require
- A strong people leadership and management foundation with experience running an effective maintenance shut plan to drive excellence of execution with maintenance & Contractor management in a fast-paced environment is essential.
- A food processing, diary, food and beverage or meat works background would be viewed favourably.
- Previous experience in a highly automated environment would be beneficial.

An Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Trade qualification is essential as is a qualification in Project Management, Dairy Degree/Diploma which is not essential but will be highly regarded in this role.
