**The Role**

**We are on the lookout for a talented Category Strategy Manager to drive our Ingredients portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate individual who has a keen understanding of market trends and strong financial acumen to drive profitability and bring a commercial lens to the business.**

Reporting to the Head of Category Strategy and working hand-in-hand with the Sales team, you’ll collaborate to develop and execute strategic plans. Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering an Ingredients hedging and derivatives-based service portfolio to drive growth and create stickiness with customers.
- Based on strategy, build robust roadmaps which align market opportunity with business capability.
- Working cross-functionally to identify and prioritise new opportunities across the NPD pipeline. This will include scoping work to understand market dynamics, organisation fit and building business cases to justify investment.
- Responsible for pricing, collateral, and marketing campaigns to support product launches.
- Responsible for pipeline prioritisation, profitability analysis and life-cycle management of the portfolio.

**About You**

To be considered for this role will require
- You enjoy working in a vibrant high-growth environment.
- You will ideally have 5+ years’ previous experience in a similar role across commodities, food or agriculture industries.
- A university degree in Finance, Marketing or Business Management preferred.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A natural level of hustle when it comes to being strategic and driving alignment on commercial objectives through a large organisation.
