**Service**: Mental Health Addictions and Intellectual Disability Service (MHAIDS) Quality

**Contract**: 7 months Fixed-term, part-time (0.8 FTE, 4 days a week)

**Salary**: $64,903 -$67,787, pro-rated
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This is a critical role that is central to the success of the MHAIDS Quality Team. The position not only provides day to day administrative support but also leads the development and maintenance of key systems that support the Quality Team. This includes the administrative management of the MHAIDS SharePoint site, providing support with reporting and Clinical Governance Committees.
Working across MHAIDS services, sustained flexibility, continuous improvement qualities and attention to detail are required to support an efficient and effective Quality Team.
The administrator from time to time will be required to undertake project work and other tasks as assigned.
Mō tō mātou rōpū - About our team
We are a small team of ten who work across the Capital, Coast & Hutt Valley and Wairarapa districts to support the quality improvement and patient safety priorities for MHAIDS.
Moū - About you
You will have proven experience and a record of accomplishment in an administrative role. Ideally you will have experience in working in the health industry and an understanding of clinical governance.

**Other skills and experience we are looking for**:

- Well-developed written and oral skills - the ability to communicate ideas in writing and verbally
- Excellent word processing and PC skills with an intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, graphic packages (PowerPoint/Visio);
- Experience in production of charts and graphs from identified data
- Knowledge of databases
- Knowledge of SharePoint is desirable
- Experience in public or community relations or events management is required as is experience in a corporate environment with exposure in dealing with stakeholder and customer relations.E pā ana ki a tatou - About us
