**Key Responsibilities for the role include**:

- Draft, prepare, review and coordinate correspondence, and documentation to support high-level decision-making and planning for the Deans.
- Compile, review and manage document and information record management on behalf of Faculty Teams.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the Deans, ensuring their time is optimised as well as flagging high-priority actions.
- Assist with the induction of new management staff.
- Organize and manage international and domestic travel plans, schedules, and logístical details for the Deans.
- Respond appropriately and on time to student and public enquiries.
- Assist Education Advisors, Heads and Assistant Heads of Schools, and staff in attaining high-quality results in program development, reporting, documentation, and compliance with academic regulations.
- Co-ordinate and assist with Graduations, Certificate ceremonies, Trade Awards and events.
- Recent experience of working in a tertiary institution is desirable
- Well-developed oral, written, telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to plan and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Good arithmetical skills
- Fast, accurate Outlook, Word and Excel skills and experience
- Ability to compile complex documents accurately
- Excellent formatting and layout skills
