We're currently recruiting for Asset & Licensing Specialist to join our Service Asset & Configuration team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that there is a lifecycle plan in place for each asset category in the asset database
- Ensure that assets are available as and when required for upcoming projects, spares replenishment and operational requests
- Adhere to Auckland Transport's IT asset management processes
- Process service requests for changes to the asset database (control asset information process)
- Work with service providers, commercial team and operations teams to ensure that appropriate data is captured and recorded in the CMDB.

A recognised qualification in Asset Management, ITIL or an equivalent discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a large complex organisation
- Proven track record of effective qualitative and quantitative judgement and decision making
- Experience in public and private sector (Desired)
