Based in their beautiful new state of the art new premises, this role offers the opportunity to be cross trained across multiple functions, structured training and work within a team/organisation that shows genuine care, provides a supportive and inclusive environment and is focused on going the extra mile. On offer is a 3-month temp role (onsite), an immediate start with the potential to move into a permanent opportunity.
**About the role - Atu mo te mahi**
Reporting into the Customer Services Manager, this role requires a high level of resilience, empathy, data entry, attention to detail and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
You'll have demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment providing customer service/claims support and a keen eye for detail. You'll be the first point of contact for internal/external stakeholders, be an articulate communicator with a confident and professional personality. High work ethic, reliability and an ability to work independently and show a high level of initiative is key in this role.
**Key tasks and accountabilities**:
- Processing claims and investigations
- Receiving and process customers' orders
- Respond to customer enquiries about products, services, and complaints
- Create and distribute customer and supplier reports
- Working across multiple screens
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism
- Building and maintain positive, effective long-term relationships with all key stakeholders
- Meeting company KPIs and SLA's
- Promote Health and Safety
- Adhere to company policy and procedure
**About you - Pehea koe**
- Proven Contact Centre/Customer Service & Claims experience
- Experience using SAP (or a similar system)
- Great attitude, commitment, reliability and customer focussed
- Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to set/handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Methodical and remains calm under pressure
- Strong attention to detail/computer literacy and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential (written & verbal)
- Ability to work co-operatively and effectively as part of a team and autonomously
- Resilient and pro-active
- Confident, engaging, and energetic approach.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (excel, word) and strong data entry
