As an experienced coach, mentor and leader across both strategic and operational delivery, you will leverage your expert communication skills, pride yourself on building strong internal and external relationships as well as having your finger on the pulse of operations. You will be passionate about driving a positive culture, building effective team performance and engagement. You will also contribute to our social media narrative, bridging the virtual and the tangible at Evolution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be a strategic leader
- Act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related queries
- Lead with expertise with HR advice and guidance to people leaders.
- Coordinate recruitment activities for all roles within our New Zealand operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR data in all relevant systems.
- Collaborate, partner and support our People leaders with all HR related matters.
- Be our marketing/communications/social media guru for the NZ business
- Review and update HR policies and procedures as required.
- Assist with training deliverables.
- Coach and mentor our team
- Coordination, editing and publishing of weekly content to our social media sites
- Collaborate with our team for develop new and innovative ways to engage with our target audiences.
- Regular scanning of media to stay across market and competitor activity

- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR and/or proven HR experience
