You will be joining a rewarding a team, part of Datacoms' Corporate Group People, providing support to the wider business.

About the Role (Your Why)
This role will be based in either of our Gaunt St in Auckland or our Featherston Street in Wellington office with a hybrid working model (WFH flexibility). You will be reporting to the Learning and Organisational Development Manager.

What You’ll Do

**This role will see you**:

- Lead and deliver the end to end Group onboarding processes and programs in collaboration with relevant stakeholders to provide the best employee experience for new Datacom employees and their Managers, including facilitating workshops
- Be responsible for engagement and communication with the Datacom Leadership community to promote requirements and resources available for their new employees
- Manage relevant processes, program content and technology enablement for all assets including platform & learning content, curation of existing content, employee and manager experiences
- Implement any changes to the program including facilitation, co-ordination, communications, feedback and continuous improvement processes
- Staying connected with best practice programs in the industry and continuing to refine our onboarding strategy

What You’ll Bring
- Given the nature of the work, prior experience in a similar role involving onboarding programs will be advantageous
- You will have experience in virtual facilitation, program management and stakeholder management
- You will have knowledge of employee experience strategies and best practice onboarding systems and methodologies
