**About the role**

The Kōtui Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) and Contracts Coordinator will enable and support learning and accountability across the Kōtui programme. This part-time role (20 hours/week) will work closely with project teams in Solomon Islands, Tuvalu, Timor-Leste and Papua New Guinea to drive robust and meaningful monitoring, evaluation, research and reflection, and to strengthen local ownership and leadership of MERL. You will also coordinate contracts across the Kōtui programme. By taking on this role, you will be at the forefront of driving positive change and making a tangible impact on the lives of women in the wider Pacific region.
- At least three years’ experience in project and/or programme monitoring and evaluation, including designing monitoring tools and processes
- Strong analytical skills and good understanding of qualitative and quantitative data analysis
- An understanding of the key development issues affecting the people of the Pacific and Southeast Asia and work or lived experience in the Global South
- Demonstrated ability to work in a participatory and empowering way to strengthen capacity
- Demonstrated commitment to gender equity and social inclusion in organisations and development projects
