You will provide exceptional customer service in responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders for HFHL and its associated businesses involving Concrete and Aggregate production. Key areas of responsibility that can be adapted based on your experience are:

- Setting up and maintaining supplier accounts
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Assisting staff with purchase order processing
- Processing creditor invoices both manually and via electronic import
- Reconciling supplier accounts
- Processing payments

**About you**

You will be a valued member of a high performing and collaborative team and thrive working in a dynamic environment. You will be a whizz with data processing, be organised and have a self-motivated approach to work. This role guarantees 15 hours a week however it is essential you can offer flexibility to work up to approximately 20 hours per week depending on workloads during the month. Coupled with this you will:
