Our large and strong-performing financial services client is looking to add a Compliance Manager to their team who will report directly to and work closely with the Head of Risk and wider Risk and Compliance team.

You will be responsible for creating and implementing an effective compliance framework across the business as well as ensuring employees understand the frameworks. You will also manage and implement the compliance assurance program (CAP) and educate employees on licensing matters. When and where appropriate, you will assist with audit matters and engage with regulators.

As the Compliance Manager, it would be desirable if you have strong regulatory compliance experience including working knowledge of the FAP and AML/CTF regimes.

**About you**:

- 5+ years of relevant compliance experience, ideally from the financial services industry
- A legal background would be desired
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills that will allow you to work effectively with all levels of the business
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
