**Job Description**:
**About the Role**

It’s an exciting time to join us. Our engineering department is on their transforming journey to change the way we develop and build air-conditioning solutions. This is your opportunity to be part of this change. Our Product development team is looking for motivated self-starter to join them and to grow the team’s capacity and capability.

Reporting to Head of Product Development, this role is responsible for all compliance and test activities. As a senior member of the product development leadership team, you will play a key part in the development process. The role will assist and contribute to the development of test procedures, methods, and equipment to measure performance of our product. The role plays a key role in managing our test facilities and team as well as developing our capabilities.

A key part of the role is guiding the business on the changing compliance landscape and requirements. An interest in

**About You**

We are seeking a motivated compliance or quality professional. Ideally experience in minimum energy performance (MEPS) and or Appliance safety experience. An engineering background is preferred. You should be someone with good eye for detail and comfortable managing a team and facilities. Strong problem-solving and good communication skills are essential as collaboration is critical.
