This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Structural Designer seeking to advance their career. You will play a pivotal role in our projects, collaborating with other disciplines to ensure spatial coordination and producing high-quality models and drawings for structural design projects. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities for growth.

At Beca, our Structures-related projects are large, complex and involve multiple disciplines across Beca’s businesses, regions, and industries. Your relationship-building capability will be an important factor for success in this role. You will be known for your ability across concrete and steel detailing. You will be involved in the wider preparation of drawings, designs, and other visual content.You will be joining a nationwide team with an enviable track record, known by our clients for delivering key projects. Key elements to the role:

- Prepare drawings for complex projects that comply with company standards, quality systems and project budgets.
- Coordinating, control receipt and interchange; and verifying all electronic drawings.
- Help project teams deliver projects from inception through to completion that meet design excellence and quality standards.
- Plan projects effectively to meet targeted levels.

**Ko wai koe | About you**

This role will suit an Experienced Designer with 4+ years of experience, you are eager to make significant contributions to our team and the success of our projects. You will show the ability to think critically and to proactively challenge and query tasks to ensure a quality project and client outcome (especially when working with engineering colleagues).

In addition to this, you will ideally possess the following attributes:

- 4+ years of experience as a Structural Drafter or Designer capable of working across multiple structural disciplines.
- Strong modelling ability across a range of digital tools such as REVIT
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The desire to contribute to a range of projects.
- Ability to produce quality documents and designs which meet client requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
