**About the opportunity**:
You will be responsible for leading a small, but proactive IT team and working closely with stakeholders to identify, advise, develop, implement and support technology solutions.

You will bring proven leadership/mentoring experience, complemented by your strong technical ability and willingness to be hands-on to ensure delivery of key technology solutions.

This is a challenging leadership position requiring strong commercial and stakeholder relationship skills, and technical knowledge of mainstream technologies.

**To be successful you will need**:

- Confidence, credibility and strong leadership skills to build relationships with the IT team and stakeholders
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and deployment
- Experience in ICT Operations Management
- Good technical knowledge of across Cyber Security, Windows servers, WIFI, Office 365, Power BI, Sharepoint, ERP Systems, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and effectively manage people and workstreams
