If you are passionate about digital learning and are seeking an opportunity to make a difference, why not bring your skills to our Digital Learning team in this Senior Systems Specialist role. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for digital technology in a learning context and will be able to understand systems and pickup systems administration skills quickly for new technology.

In this role, you'll play an important part in supporting and maintaining our digital learning systems, working closely with clients and solving technical challenges. As a Senior Systems Specialist, you will:

Provide technical skills around the systems in your portfolio, including troubleshooting issues, resolving problems, monitoring performance and working closely with clients.
Collaborate with our customers to help them achieve their objectives, while capturing continual improvement opportunities.
Mentor other systems specialists around you and enable others to grow and learn across the systems in your specialist domain.
Stay current on industry trends and new technologies in the research or medical space and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials for end-users and internal technology teams.
You will also be a great communicator and be committed to providing excellent customer service and work well in a team environment.

Translate requirements into documented, trackable changes.
Solve complex problems with effective solutions.
Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) position, located on the Dunedin Campus. Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate.
