**Your new company**

**Your new role**
- Offer guidance and be a trusted advisor to the executive team
- Lead, mentor and manage a team of 4, including Systems Engineer, Business Systems Manager and IT Support
- Foster a collaborative and high performing environment
- Provide guidance and support in leveraging technology and data to enhance business performance
- Lead technology related projects
- Develop project plans, budgets and timelines
- Mitigate risk, issues and changes
- Develop and enforce IT policies

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proven experience in system engineering and network administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory and virtualisation technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communicator
