**Business Support Specialist**

**A true business support role you will be working across payroll support, procurement, reporting and analysis, insurance administration and claims coordination. We need an all-rounder that is proactive and uses their initiative to get the job done.**

Cardinal Logistics is a leading provider to the Transport and Logistics industry. With over 30 years’ experience, servicing some of New Zealand’s well know companies in food, beverage, and personal healthcare.

**Working hours**:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am -5:00 pm

**The successful applicant will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating insurance claims ensuring adequate investigation and lodgement of claims
- Process claims invoices for payment
- Creating and sending customers reconcile claim statements
- Prepare claim reporting and utilise reports to understanding trends and analysis.
- Maintaining all supplier contracts, tracking of contract end dates and coordinate renewals
- Purchase Order reporting
- Assist with payroll close off process
- Full backup of payroll
- Payroll experience and knowledge of employment legislation
- Degree qualification
- 3 years’ experience working for a logistics or supply chain company
- Strong business administration background
- Great communicator both written and oral
- Advanced Excel knowledge - experience with VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
