As a Financial Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial analysis and reporting activities on margins, portfolio risk and provisioning, customer behaviour and dealer performance within the company. - What you will do:
- Develop and implement financial analytics strategies to support the company's goals and objectives
- Analyse and interpret financial data, providing insights to senior management to aid in decision-making
- Create and maintain financial models and forecasts to help guide business decisions
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial objectives with business objectives
- Prepare and conduct regular meetings with senior management and business leaders
- Prepare and submit month-end data and reports

**Qualifikationen**:

- The skills we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analytics, with proven success in a senior role
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting
- A confident problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience with financial reporting tools
