**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Hourly Rate (Casual)**:$82.01 - $88.60 per hour (dependant on qualifications)
**Salary**:$78,564 - $111,391 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading (dependant on qualifications and experience).
**Time Fraction**:Casual, Part & Full time.
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**:Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.

Seeking expressions of interest for the position of Teacher - Electrical at Holmesglen's Building, Construction, Design, and Electrotechnology faculty. Take the lead in developing effective delivery and assessment tools, delivering top-tier education aligned with RTO standards, Training Package requirements, and TAS documents.

Engage actively throughout the entire learning journey, from initial inquiries to personalised assessments, ensuring diverse educational needs are met. Utilise a versatile range of teaching and assessment strategies tailored to individual learning profiles. Shape valuable resources and foster relationships with industry stakeholders to enhance educational delivery.

Demonstrate exemplary customer service, collaborate seamlessly within a team, and contribute actively to various departmental coordination activities. Your dedication to excellence in electrical education and proactive involvement will be pivotal in achieving outstanding learning outcomes. **ABOUT YOU**
- Current industry knowledge directly relevant to the training and assessment being delivered, with a particular emphasis on current technology and industry practice.
- Experience as a teacher of vocational and/or higher education and training programs.
- Ability to effectively convey knowledge, skills and experience to a diverse student population through the selection and use of a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies.
- An approved degree or diploma in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications, at least to the level being delivered and assessed; and
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40122) or (TAE 40116); or
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40110) including the units TAELLN411 & TAEASS502.
