An example of one of the many roles we're recruiting for is a Sales Development representative for a high-growth SaaS company selling internationally.
**Role Description - SDR Development Rep**
The SDR is responsible for the initial steps of the sales cycle, it's a fast-paced and people-first role
Responsibilities include:
- Handle Inbound Leads: Qualify and nurture inbound opportunities, ensuring they meet the criteria for a handoff to account executives.
campaigns, phone calls, and post-event follow-ups, to engage small and medium-sized
businesses in the US.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Work towards a monthly goal of qualifying 10-20 opportunities with a
15% lead-to-meeting conversion rate and 40% qualified opportunity-to-sale conversion rate.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing and account executives to optimize lead
handoff and feedback on campaigns.
- Maintain CRM Hygiene: Update customer relationship management (CRM) tools accurately and
in a timely manner.
It's a high energy role, almost like your own 'mini-business' so there's plenty of opportunity to be creative and disciplined at the same time
**What We're Looking For**:
We want to work with individuals that have a special kind of drive, communication skills, empathy - and are looking for a role and career path that will reward them for it
Qualifications that are advantageous, but not essential:
- Sales experience
- At least 1-2 years customer facing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Drive to Get more from your mahi
- University graduate (we're open to disciplines)
