**The Role**

You’ll be the go-to expert for technical assistance, ensuring our colleagues’ systems run seamlessly. Your mission? Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, set up new equipment, and support projects. You’ll provide top-notch support to end-users, from desktops, AV and networking to printers and everything in between. If you love making technology work for people, this role is tailor-made for you

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Handle escalated technical issues, providing timely resolution to colleague queries and ensure problems are resolved effectively.
- Contribute to regional projects aimed at enhancing end user computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize systems and technologies.
- Implement and maintain technology infrastructure supporting internal colleagues
- Manage third and fourth level internal support tickets.

**In order to be successful in this role, you should have**:

- Proven experience maintaining and evolving a standard end user delivery model.
- Demonstrable experience working within a hybrid distributed global team/environment would be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 Apps, Windows 10 and 11
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, SCCM and/or Intune
- Experience in ITIL Foundation V3 or newer
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Workflow and process automation experience
- iOS & MacOS MDM experience is a plus.
- Technical diploma or Microsoft certificate preferred (such as MCDST).
