The Role A Senior Software Engineer is a leader in the space, enabling their team and working closely with our cross functional teams to create amazing experiences for our customers.
They solve complex problems, deliver quality solutions, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop scalable and secure software applications, components, and modules using industry best practices.
Design, code, test, document, and refine complex programs, scripts, and integration services.
Communicate design views effectively to align with both functional and non-functional requirements.
Coordinate and oversee software releases, ensuring smooth deployment and quality deliverables.
Advocate for modern development methods, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and performance.
To be successful in this role, you should have:7+ years working in relevant Software Engineering roles.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent is highly desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
Experience working autonomously within an accountability framework, using discretion to resolve complex issues while ensuring objectives are met.
Experience influencing stakeholders, contributing to cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration, and making impactful decisions.
Experience handling complex technical or professional tasks, solving problems through investigation and innovation.
