We have an amazing opportunity to work for a well-known international organization based in the heart of the Wellington CBD. This position has varying responsibilities throughout the week supporting Senior Partners of the company, our client is looking for a person who is ready for a step up in their career

**Duties include**:

- Diary and travel management
- Managing inboxes and phones when required
- Preparing and editing documents
- Assisting with Events & Projects
- Liaising with key stakeholders and senior management

This is a fantastic chance to become part of an incredible team with a great culture This is a busy and challenging role that would suit someone who is incredibly organized and used to prioritising workload for extremely busy managers. You will also be a strong team player with a proactive attitude.

**In addition to the above attributes, you will require**:

- PA or relevant PA experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Pro-active approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Packages
