**About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
**You will have strong digital analytics skills and will have a natural curiosity around understanding the online customer experience. You will have experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders to conduct experiments, present insights and deliver high quality reports. You will maintain the accuracy and completeness of digital web analytics data across the business.
- **Experience with Optimizely or any A/B testing tool**
- **Basic understanding of SQL and manipulating data.**
- **Experience with Google Analytics and deriving insights from reports.**
- **Create and maintain self-service reports and dashboards for teams to make informed decisions.**
- **Work across different stakeholder groups and meet their needs through great communication, storytelling and driving decisions through data and insights.

**You will be eager to keep developing your skills and have a passion for delivering to your stakeholders and customers. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience with website experimentation and working within a CRO program as well as a great understanding of Digital Analytics and its impact.
**You will be a confident communicator and able to partner effectively across the business.
