The **Asset Information Analyst **role will support the use of asset information systems and the principles of best practice. This role will work in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop and continually improve the management of asset data.

It will provide asset information reporting and develop its use and uptake in the organization and support the development of a fully integrated Asset Management approach to data and information management with collaboration with Business Technology and the wider Infrastructure & Place division.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi - The Opportunity**
- Use Asset Management tools (RAMM, SPM, etc.) to deliver the asset information requirements to the Chief Engineer and Asset Management group and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify and recommend opportunities for asset data and information process improvements
- Provide asset information analysis and reporting and suggest initiatives to support its improvement
- Work with the Senior and Principal Asset Information Analysts to support asset information projects
- Liaise with all parts of the organisation and external stakeholders to resolve asset information queries

**Ko koe tēnei | About you**
- Degree in business, systems, database or other similar equivalent fields, or relevant proven experience
- At least 3 years relevant work experience in asset data management, analytics and reporting
- ** Knowledge of SPM, RAMM and other asset systems** and their relevance to effective asset management planning
- Understanding of the works and processes of local government
