**Ko tāu ake mahi | What you will be doing**

Working within our Brand and Communication team, you will:

- Support the development and implementation of communication plans across Pegasus Health.
- Develop and coordinate content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain digital platforms, including website and social media channels.
- Provide advice on brand use and consistency across communications.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure clear, effective messaging.
- Monitor and report on communication activities and engagement.

**Ko ngā pūkenga ōu | What you will bring**

Your ability to communicate effectively and work well with others will be essential in fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Degree in marketing communications or a similar field.
- Strong writing and editing skills with an ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Experience managing social media and digital content.
- Understanding of strategic engagement and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Visual creation and editing skills (photography, video capture, and editing).
- Strong problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, you’ll have an understanding of (or active interest in) and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and biculturalism.
