**Digital and **ICT** **Programme Manager**

**Te** **Tūranga** - The Role**

We are looking for a Digital and ICT Programme Manager to fill a newly established position, overseeing the delivery of multiple business enabling projects that enhance Tait's ambitious growth agenda. This role, based in our Christchurch, New Zealand offices, offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in a global company.

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting and leading the delivery of a programme that aligns with Tait's strategic objectives, driving innovation and ensuring the successful implementation of change and technology solutions across the organisation

This role reports directly to the Head of Digital Transformation.

**The duties of the role will include**:

- Develop and manage the delivery of the Digital and ICT Programme, ensuring that projects are aligned to our business goals and objectives.
- Develop a fit-for-purpose project and change management methodologies and ensure projects are delivered in line with it.
- Lead cross-function teams to deliver the Digital and ICT Programme on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Facilitate a high level of stakeholder engagement.
- Identify the skills needed to grow the team, and recruit and develop individuals who meet these needs.

**Ō **pūkenga** - About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field and a proven track record of delivering complex Digital and ICT projects.

As well as:

- Strong programme management skills, including strategic thinking, report and proposal writing, budget planning, risk management and conflict resolution.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- A good understanding of change management frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- An MSP certification is highly desirable, while a PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
