- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource management or equivalent.
- Experience in leading and managing a complex HR function, specifically across talent acquisition and employee value proposition.
- Passion and appreciation for all things kaupapa Māori.
- Experience building inclusive and diverse teams and creating a respectful, open and responsive culture.
