We're excited to offer the opportunity for two seasoned recruitment professionals to join our vibrant Talent Acquisition team helping to deliver services that enable MPI to grow and thrive.

In these roles, you will work in partnership with hiring managers within your portfolio to ensure we attract, select and appoint the best talent to meet the needs of the business.

You'll have plenty of scope to add value through engaging in hiring manager briefings, providing advice on the best ways to attract and select talent and appropriately immersing yourself in the selection process.

You may also be involved in marketing campaigns, recruitment projects, facilitation and mentoring.

You'll bring an energetic and positive attitude coupled with a sound recruitment background, preferably including in-house experience, across the full recruitment life cycle.

Your ability to manage multiple priorities, lean on your skills and experience to advise, educate and influence stakeholders, while operating with a strong customer centric approach will support your success.

Talent Acquisition is a close-knit multi-disciplinary team of 23, primarily Wellington-based.

Our remit is to provide quality customer-centric talent acquisition advice and solutions which leads to the recruitment of talent that allows MPI to grow and thrive.
