We’re looking for a talented Administrator to add more good energy to our Rockgas team.

This role, which is varied and interesting, ideally suits someone who has an affinity with and passion for working with systems (we don’t need you to be an IT/technical whizz). As well as providing general administration and support services to our Leadership team, you will be our champion for our core systems, ensuring they are well maintained, easily accessible, supported for users and comply with all requirements, including having up to date documentation.
**Qualifications**
As well as being an awesome team member with lots of initiative and a 'get up and go' attitude we’re looking for someone with:

- Senior level administration experience preferably in a medium -large organisation with multiple sites.
- Experience administering systems, preferably training and documents systems
- Excellent skills in Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Power point, Oulook and Visio
- Excellent planning & organisational skills including the ability to multi task and deliver to timeframes.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good communicator both verbally and written, and
- Excellent relationship skills with the ability to work across all levels of an organisation.
