The role will help drive business strategy by partnering with stakeholders throughout the business, including senior executives.
This is a hands-on role where you can flex your generalist legal expertise on a broad range of business projects and products, including wealth management, commercial including contract drafting, marketing, brand campaigns, climate related issues, M&A, IT and digital.
The Senior Legal Counsel acts as Privacy Officer for the business.
This role also supports the nurturing of junior legal team members in the wider Legal & Governance Team.ResponsibilitiesExperience in a broad range of commercial/corporate law areas.
