Our Water Infrastructure team in Auckland comprises technical specialists, designers, and engineers who work together in a vibrant environment, embracing inclusion, diversity and flexibility. We are delivering some of the country’s most iconic water projects and providing outstanding engineering solutions to our clients, embracing sustainable solutions which demonstrate social value for Aotearoa. We are seeking a **Senior Associate Process Treatment Engineer **to join our growing team in Auckland, to assist us with project delivery, and support us in achieving our water infrastructure section strategy. We have an enthusiastic and technically proficient team for you to join and grow alongside. We are also open to you working out of our Wellington or Christchurch office.

The Senior Associate Process Engineer will be responsible for providing and leading consultancy services, engineering services, and technical input and design in the ANZ region. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for Jacobs to plan, develop, deliver and operate a range of projects.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:
Deliver technically excellent designs and consultancy services.

Drive business development and be responsible for work winning, identify the next opportunities and support the win of opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong key client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to Jacobs key clients. Represent the team at key thought leadership events. Collaborate closely with Jacobs client management team to identify emerging opportunities with clients.

Maintain compliance with Jacobs QA procedures, including the deliverables review QA process.

Facilitate the technical development of more junior resources to meet market requirements. Engage with high performers in a team environment to facilitate knowledge sharing and coaching.

Promote safety culture within the organisation and with our clients.

You will support your division to ensure it can thrive in a global setting, encouraging cross-geography relationships in order to maximise the benefit of global delivery to our clients and our people.

Lead the delivery of projects in a Project Management, Design Management or Project Director capacity..

This role also has the opportunity to take on the New Zealand Water Process Team Leader Role. In this role you will lead the NZ Process team, assist with team development and growth, while building our design and technical capability and growing our local project portfolio.
