As the Workforce Systems Consultant, you will primarily focus on the support, maintenance, and configuration of Auckland Council Workforce Systems (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow). This role serves as a techno-functional support point of contact for HR systems enabling the People and Culture (P&C) function within the Council to deliver effective and efficient people services to our staff.

Within this role you will also support analysis and implementation of periodic upgrades, patches, testing, ensuring data integrity and above all enabling the continuous evolution of P&C processes within Council through technology enhancements.

You will be responsible for systems administration, establishing governance processes, collaboration with ICT and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective upkeep of the HR solutions in terms of design and build.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**

With strong critical thinking ability and natural inquisitiveness, you’ll be able to use your researching skills to seek new ways of doing things, challenge and question thinking and trial solutions to find the best outcome to implement.

Overall, you need to be very digitally savvy, understand the power of building strong relationships and love continuous improvement.
