We are permanently recruiting for the position of Workforce Analyst. This role contributes to the ongoing success of Kawai kī te iwi by:
- Using and analysing data to understand Customer demand across channels within our Service Delivery Operation
- Providing analysis and design of optimal shift patterns and rostering to match demand and ensure efficient utilisation of people
- Working collaboratively to ensure workforce planning tools meet current and future business requirements
- Maintaining oversight of training and development needs and planning for training to be delivered at the right time and place
**What you will bring to the Workforce Analyst position**:
- A desire to improve systems and services to enhance the Customer experience
- Well-developed communication skills including the ability to influence others
- Proven ability to effectively analyse complex information
- Knowledge of Workforce Planning principles and experience in scheduling to meet demand patterns
