**My client is a leading ANZ boutique consultancy, focused on providing their clients with innovative and Performance Management, Planning & Reporting and Analytics Services. They have key strengths with SAP BPC and Analytics Cloud plus Infor EPM and MS Power BI Solutions for holistic FP&A, BI/DATA and CPM/EPM expertise.**

**Due to growth, they require a NZ Practice Lead to help manage & drive the NZ team and project pipelines. This Senior role has similar hats as Country Head in terms of team leadership & client/project management and is not pre-sales focused.**

Due to the flat hierarchy this role reports directly to the MD or Director/Founder.

While my client is ramping up well across ANZ, they are still considered a boutique service provider, so this role is more about the individual than exact technology experiences.
**SAP **experiences are highly desirable but equally impressive are consulting, team leadership or project lead experiences with
**TM1, Hyperion EPM, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan or Jedox**

**Roles essentials and your background**
- **Account Management**: Oversight of (strategic) accounts
- **Project Management**: Oversight of status, escalations, etc..
- **People Management**: Building, growing and enabling a team
- **Sales & Marketing**: Leading and supporting any sales initiatives
- **Networking and Relationship** building: Representing the brand.
- **Management Reporting**: Forecasting & monthly management reports
- Core Competency in Financial Accounting Systems and its Practices
- Strong business acumen.
- Experience working with a strategic solution consultancy
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication, consultative and presentation skills
