- Based in our purpose-built offices in Mount Manganui with free onsite parking

**ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be a central support hub for our Ballance Onshore Supply Chain, Distribution network and other internal customers.

As a Supply Chain System Co-ordinator, you will:

- Be a definitive source of network and system knowledge that contributing to enhanced organisational efficiency.
- Evaluate organisational needs, collaborate with the Information Systems Team to guide suitable technical solutions, and ensure that defined requirements are met.
- Test solutions and advocate for the network’s requirements.
- Work closely with our super user network to build capability of our systems and processes. Create an environment of support and collaboration for our network, and document processes to ensure business continuity.

**ABOUT YOU
You have a healthy curiosity for continuous improvements and you are adept at not only identifying problems, but recommending solutions.

You also have:

- Collaboration experience including providing business knowledge to enhance system developments to meet/exceed business requirements.
- Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems (SAP Production Planning, Material Master, Sales and Distribution, Logistics experience advantageous - however more important is your growth mindset)
- Process development, defect investigation, advise on suitable resolutions and UAT experience
- Well developed planning and organising skills with the ability to work to deadlines Strong written, verbal and communication skills - and high attention to detail
