**About the role**:
Supporting the Office Manager and a busy construction team your primary focus in this role will be accounts payable, but you will also undertake other administrative duties to support the smooth running of the business.

**Duties/responsibilities**:

- Coding and processing of AP invoices and preparing batch payments
- Reconciling statements against invoices and following up queries
- Entering information into WorkflowMax and running reports
- Preparing site documentation for the project and construction team
- Assist the Office Manager with payroll

**Skills/experience**:

- Solid experience with Accounts Payable
- Proven ability to manage a number of demands at one time
- Strong MS Office skill with ideally a knowledge of Xero and WorkflowMax
- Confident, friendly, resilient, and mature disposition
- Being IT and social media savvy an advantage
