This is a newly created role, required to meet the ongoing growth Isaacs has experienced. Reporting to the Administration Manager and working as part of a team of four Finance Administrators, you will form part of a finance and admin team of twelve. This role will have responsibility for processing high volume accounts payable invoicing for Isaac Construction Limited. The role will also involve a mixture of accounting administration duties which will give you plenty of variety in your day and the challenge of being involved in a range of tasks.

Responsibilities will include:

- Timely processing of approved supplier invoices through the financial system Nimbus.
- Reconciliations to supplier statements and payment processing to meet required deadlines, involving preparation of weekly and monthly payment runs and the drawing of manual cheques.
- Management of cashbook and bank reconciliations including processing daily receipts to the accounts receivable ledger, preparation of banking and processing of bank statements along with the reconciliation of the computerised cashbook.
- Updating the daily cash position summary and ensuring all accounts are operating within approved limits.
- Raising purchase orders and matching invoices to purchase orders, ensuring coding is in line with job costing system.

Because of the complexity of the Group structure and the volume of supplier invoicing, this position requires extremely accurate data entry skills. You will have proven ability to work under pressure and regularly meet deadlines in a multi-tasking environment and will demonstrate previous experience in a similar role within an accounting team. You will have excellent communication skills and will be a confident user of accounting systems. While this role does have a focus on high-volume processing, you will require a sound understanding of accounting principles to be able to grasp the intricacies of the business. You will be a genuine team player, willing to help out your colleagues in the finance team when necessary. Previous knowledge of job costing would be an advantage although is not essential.
