Contact Centre Supervisor

**About the role**
We are seeking multiple Supervisors with exceptional organisational skills to look after a large team of Customer Service Officers.
Employed by Madison and based onsite in our client’s office, you will be our eyes and ears on the ground whilst supervising a wider Madison team. You will work closely with the Madison Business Partners to ensure the smooth day to day running of the office. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a large government organisation whilst developing your leadership skills.
**Assignment Details**:
- Starting 19th February to end of June, with possibility to extend further
- Te Rapa location
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday 8am to 430pm
- $36 per hour and 8% holiday pay
- Full training and support provided during your assignment
**Duties**
Based on site, you will be available to assist with queries and escalations from the team whilst creating and maintaining a happy, high performing culture. Key tasks will include:
- Reporting on performance and supporting delivery of the teams’ work tasks
- Assistance with training and coaching
- Roster and schedule assistance
- Utilising tools available to monitor daily results of set KPIs
- Completing administrative and customer service calls whilst identifying development needs and opportunities
**About you**
To be successful in this role you will be an excellent communicator who can manage multiple priorities whilst maintaining high accuracy and excellent customer service. You will have:
- Prior experience as a supervisor or in a role with senior responsibilities
- The ability to follow instructions and procedures with minimum direction
- Competency using multiple systems simultaneously
- A positive attitude and the adaptability to cope with change
- Ability to problem solve
- Reliability with strong integrity
- Good reporting ability with excellent organisational skills
- A professional, personable approach with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
