**Mōu | About you**
- Two years minimum work experience in a similar role
- Experience in iChris/Chris21 Payroll is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and self-management skills
- High levels of integrity and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to interrogate HR/Payroll data and identify business insights
- Exceptional analytical skills with an eye for numbers and trends
