An opportunity has arisen to work in a key role supporting the Business Vehicle Solutions, Contact Centres and RoadService management teams at our Penrose location. The role is busy and varied and requires a broad base of administration, payroll and finance. This is a great role for someone who is interested in payroll.

Responsibilities include:

- Payroll support including salary and wage changes
- Preparation of HR agreements
- Maintain all relevant payroll records
- Prepare employment variation letters and agreements using templates
- Liaise with managers and team managers regarding employee pay issues
- Maintain effective hard copy and on-line systems for filing
- Follow the H&S procedures for hazard, incident and injury reporting

You'll be a positive, motivated and self-managing person who enjoys a challenge. Your relationship building, attention to detail, written and oral communication skills will be second to none. You will possess good analytical skills and you're able to look at the big picture.

You will have at least two years' experience in administration, payroll and an understanding of payroll legislation. Good keyboard skills, advanced Excel and Word skills and attention to detail are essential.

If you are a self-starter with a flexible attitude, able to juggle a wide range of activities then join a team who will embrace your skills.
