An opportunity has arisen to work in a key role providing Payroll and HR administrative support to the Contact Centre teams at our Penrose location. The role is busy and varied and is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll data and information for our Contact Centre teams. As such, a solid understanding of payroll administration, along with a general understanding of HR/employment law is required. This is a great role for someone who is interested in a payroll focussed administration role.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Collating, preparing & inputting payroll data ready for our Payroll team to process fortnightly
- Preparation of HR documentation, including Employment Agreements and Variations for Contact Centre employees
- Maintenance of employee information and payroll records
- Liaising with relevant Managers regarding employee pay issues
- Follow the H&S procedures for hazard, incident and injury reporting
**About you**:
You will be a positive, proactive and motivated person who enjoys a challenge. Your relationship building and written and oral communication skills will be second to none. You will possess good analytical skills and have the ability to plan, organise and prioritise to meet deadlines.
You will have at least two years' experience in administration, including payroll and an understanding of payroll and HR legislation. Good keyboard skills, advanced Excel and Word skills and attention to detail are essential.
