Remuneration starting from $60,000 to $75,000 with opportunity for increases (experience dependent)
The opportunity
We are looking for a savvy coordinator who can provide high-quality administration and coordination support to the Growth and Land Development team. If you have excellent time management skills and enjoy problem solving this could be the role for you

**You will get to**:

- Track and follow up progress of assigned tasks
- Review and update process maps, workflow, standard templates, checklists, standard operation procedures, etc
- Provide team coordination of meetings, workshops, appointments, and minute taking
- Collate data for monthly and Quarterly reporting information.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will bring**:

- Experience in office administration
- Knowledge of online workflow and record keeping platforms
- A strong ability to multitask
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong computer skills and experience with the MS suite of products
- Experience with consent administration would be an advantage.
