About the role
- Strong adherence to and delivery of our vision and values.
- Responsible for leading a trading team, managing implementation and purchasing of media plans across client portfolio to meet the brief and objectives
- Understands and meets/exceeds client KPI's
- The negotiation and purchase of media space including TV buying at competitive rates
- Thorough understanding, implementation and management of OMNet for client portfolio
- Ongoing engagement with the media market / media owners to ensure you and the team are well informed of new to market developments, audience trends, spend trends and market predictions
- Effective contribution to the broader agency through active participation in agency initiatives

Skills & Experience
- Significant TV Trading experience including leading and coaching junior team members
- Experience on working with audited clients
- Good communication skills and able to work across multiple client portfolios
- The ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail
- Ability to maximise opportunities and contribute to or develop business strategies
- Ability to understand and account for multiple stakeholders and their issues
- Confident negotiator at a senior level
