We are expanding our team and are seeking experienced consultants to help grow our services in close partnership with the Microsoft Solution Assessment team in Australia & New Zealand.

Inviso’s Solution Assessment Teams engage with Microsoft customers to drive Cloud transformation through various assessment portfolio, helping organizations gain a data-driven understanding of their IT infrastructure, provides analysis of customer’s security posture and aligning business objectives to insights. The outcome is the delivery of recommendations via modern, cloud-first Microsoft solutions. The team is responsible for all aspects of the service’s operational execution, assessment delivery, customer experience, and post-assessment outcomes.

**The Role**

The Solution Assessment Consultant is a critical member of our team, responsible for the customer experience and quality of the assessment services delivered, ultimately helping organizations define a roadmap to achieve their strategic goals. Individuals in this role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Solution Assessments, using best-in-class Microsoft 1st and 3rd-party platforms such as Azure Migrate, Lab3 Dr Migrate, UnifyCloud CloudRecon, QS Solutions Cyber Security Assessment Tool (CSAT), and others.
- Presales, Kickoff and Scoping: Understanding customers’ business objectives and technical requirements, articulating the relevant benefits and outcomes realized through a Solution Assessment
- Discovery: Determining the optimal platform to achieve the stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery
- Analysis: Completing analysis of the collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report
- Presentation: Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer (CXO, Technical Lead, etc.) and Microsoft stakeholders (ATU, STU)
- Cross-Team Coordination: Supporting a seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.

**Successful applicants will have**:

- 2-3 years of practical experience in the extended Microsoft ecosystem (as FTE, Vendor, or Partner), ideally with experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft Cloud solutions, and must have an ability to engage in technical/data-driven discussions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences, position offerings, solutions, and value proposition to potential new customers
- Demonstrated ability to manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of multiple, complex projects concurrently
- Strong attention to detail, with data analysis, and analytical skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Solutions
- Strong preference for applicants who have worked with the Microsoft Solution Assessment team in the ANZ or greater Asia/APAC markets

**Additional desired skills & experience**:

- Knowledge of Assessment discovery platforms (key tools listed above) - practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage the stated platforms
- Experience in any area(s) of IT, Systems Administration, Windows or Linux OS, Networking
- Microsoft 365 and/or Azure administration, migration, or development
