**The Opportunity**:
As a Programme Coordinator in the Sustainability Assurance team at AsureQuality, you will be responsible for delivering efficient & high-quality facilitation, planning and administration related to appointment and quality management of freshwater farm plan certifiers and auditors nationally.

This is a new and exciting role that involves coordination of independent contractors, maintaining records of activities, and managing processes for rural professionals.

This role will focus on ensuring the quality and competency of freshwater farm plan certifiers and auditors. As such the key activities will be coordinating reviewers across many regions, ensuring scheduling of file reviews and assessments, updating databases, reporting, refining processes and documentation, and liaising between groups utilising your strong, professional and friendly communication style.

Support the wider New Zealand business, build upon your previous experience and learn more technical terminology, especially around compliance, auditing and environmental protection.

With flexibility to work from home a few days a week, you will be joining a supportive team and have opportunity to grow.

**About you**:
This role is for someone who wants to learn, and who ideally has a passion for farming and the environment. Confidence and the ability to self-source solutions are very useful to the continued success and development of this position as you will need to be decisive and responsive to requirements.

Other expected skills and experience include:

- Previous administration and/or customer service experience from a fast paced, communicative environment
- Previous experience within a compliance and auditing environment
- Great attention to detail
- Proven skills in data management and data integrity
- Strong communication and relationship building capability
- Previous experience of farming and/or freshwater is an advantage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage onboarding and scheduling of independent contractors who perform quality assurance services
- Regularly report on programme requirements and internal performance.
- Create and update customer programme documentation & compliance information.
- Navigate through a digital platform to manage and monitor open jobs.
- Contribute to continual process improvement.

**Key Requirements**:

- Prior intermediate or senior level experience in a Coordination role.
- Quick at learning complex information, processes & computer systems.
- Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Fast & accurate data entry skills.
- Friendly & professional person with strong customer service skills.
