**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**

Applications are invited for a Professional Teaching Fellow to join our Engineering Science department on a fixed-term (up to three years), full-time basis. Our department is committed to using mathematics, computation and technology to further understand, plan, and optimise our world. The successful applicant will undertake high-quality teaching into our undergraduate programmes.

This is a full time, 40 hours per week role, and the salary range is $90,000 - $115,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.

**Qualifications**:
**He kōrero mōu | About you**
- Master’s Degree in Engineering Science, Operations Research, Applied Math, Computational Engineering Physics, Computational mechanics, Computational/Numerical modelling, Computational bioengineering, or a related discipline.
- A record and/or a capability of successful teaching at the undergraduate level in areas relevant to this position
- A commitment to student success and a drive to deliver a high quality learning experience
- A collaborative approach, coupled with strong communication skills
- A commitment to supporting a safe and inclusive environment for all staff and students
